How to Balance Negative Emotions During the Fall Season in 1 Easy Step

We’re deep into the Fall season here in New Haven, CT, and I’m loving it!

Some of you though may be feeling a little off in that you may be feeling confused, inflexible, over-controlling, judgmental, or critical. Maybe you’re even experiencing a sense of grief, whether you have reason to or not. It’s also possible that you’re having a hard time letting go of that which is no longer serving you in a positive manner.

Not to worry, you’re not going crazy! You have a legitimate reason why you’re experiencing these negative emotions this Fall. Interestingly enough, each season carries with it a certain energy, and if your own personal energies are not in alignment enough with the energy of a particular season, then you’re likely to feel some negative effects.

Fall energy focuses on endings and releasing what is no longer necessary while moving forward with whatever is. The negative emotions I mentioned above are related to imbalanced Fall energies within your body.

It’s in your best interest to balance your energies that correspond to the Fall-time (1) because I imagine you want to experience positive emotions, not negative ones and (2) it may be more difficult for your energies to smoothly transition to the next season when the time comes, which could lead to experiencing a whole different set of negative emotions!

Anyhow, without further ado, here is your energy healing technique to help balance negative emotions during the Fall season. Oh, and this technique can be used even if you aren’t feeling out of sorts at all. In fact, keeping your energies balanced and aligned is a great idea…why not prevent bad feelings from manifesting in the first place?!

Pretty simple, right?! Just hold the very top of your head with one hand and your forehead with the other hand using a light touch for 3 to 5 minutes, and you’ll be as good as gold. At least you’ll be headed in the right direction! 😉
